3. Client Responsibilities

• Review deliverables promptly
• Make payments as agreed
• Comply with legal and IP regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property remains with TheAppIdea unless transferred after full payment and agreement.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments follow agreed milestones
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Prices exclude taxes unless stated

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information. Breaches may lead to legal action.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee error-free performance or uninterrupted services.

8. Limitation of Liability

TheAppIdea is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate with notice
• Outstanding payments become due
• Access to services may be revoked

10. Data Protection and Privacy

All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We apply security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.

11. Client Content

Clients are responsible for content legality, accuracy, and rights.

12. Third-Party Services

Third-party integrations are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their issues.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be resolved via negotiation or arbitration.
